Due to changes in requirements, Grand Pharmacy Ralls County will be closing. The last day of pharmacy services will be Monday, March 2nd. We will shift all prescriptions and pharmacy operations to our Hannibal store. We plan to continue our delivery services to Perry, Center, and New London regularly, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. In 2021, Greg Gilmore opened Grand Pharmacy Ralls County in Center, Missouri. Grand Pharmacy Ralls County is a tele-pharmacy, one of the first in Missouri! It is staffed by experienced Certified and Licensed Pharmacy Technicians. Prescriptions are always checked by a pharmacist, and a pharmacist is always available to talk to virtually.

Grand Pharmacy Ralls County is located at 400 Broadway St. in Center, MO, around the back of the building. Grand Pharmacy Ralls County also offers a selection of over the counter medications, and free delivery Monday, Wednesday, and Friday to Center, New London, and Perry.
